Journal | Planned a Route

08:40 | So I’ll be doing a 8.8km walk as a warm up to my workout routine. The goal is to be able to complete this:

The suggested completion time is 1 hour 6 minutes, so I should be able to walk that distance in that time. If I can’t, then we try again tomorrow. But I should just do this to prove to myself that I can, and I’ll try to make it a habit!
