23:00 | Let’s have a break today. I’m not sure I deserve it, but I guess I can slow down for now and I’m thinking of treating this night as meditation night. A way to look back and reflect on what I have accomplished so far, and what I am about to do moving forward.
I think I’ve done a lot, in a few days I would have met my first physical challenge, and the next one to follow would be a step up to that. The other one’s are not moving at all so far, and I guess I’m not putting as much effort into it as I should, unlike the push up challenge, which after a few days gets really easy and 1,000 doesn’t at all seem impossible now.
But I guess that’s the thing with habits, it does get easier as you go along, the more time you put into something, the easier it gets and moves to become second nature.
So that’s something to keep in mind.
Anyway, today was a slow day, so nothing much to tell.
