20:00 | PUSH UPS GOING STRONG! BUT I haven’t really done a solid workout routine, and that’s a big problem with the daily exercise for 100 days. So I did break that chain, which means I have to start from DAY 0, despite having a good back workout yesterday.

But misteps are to be expected, I’m coming from a place where workouts just seem to be a hassle and can’t be bothered with, but I do have to a goal to reach.

And that number on this post’s header won’t move unless I do.

So strategy?

I’m not sure, but I do have to wake up early and follow the Kris Gethin model of shred. Which is:

  1. Eat before Cardio in the Morning, this will spike up metabolism to optimize the burn.
  2. Do only steady cardio
  3. Eat frequently through out the day, in smaller portions

Tomorrow morning, let’s try that eat before steady cardio, and I’ll see if I can figure out a way to do smaller portions.
