15.01 Challenge Update #25

Having DOMS from the DTP Shoulders last Friday. This socks, my upper back is just too sore and I’m worried I won’t be able to go the gym tomorrow.

I have to start a new diet regimen where I’ll be consuming more protein to help my recovery. Anyway, today is a Sunday so of course just a few push ups again.
