Stronger each day.
A few days ago, I hesitated doing a single push-up. It felt like my entire body was collapsing on itself with each repetition, each time I try to lift my body from the ground was painful. Tonight however, was a different story.
The push up seemed easy.
Too easy that I went outside my 5-10 rep range and just went crazy with 12-15. With each day, I’m getting better at this, I might just go beyond 10,000 push ups early on.
