No Workout because my everything is sore. Literally can’t move my arms.
Atleast I didn’t take in any sugar, today’s diet consisted of meat in various preparations, though I only ate two times today, I was busy trying to ignore the pain I felt on my entire torso. Just a warning for guys who want to workout, take it easy and do it slowly, transition into the routine gradually or else you’ll be completely bid-ridden which is a major demotivator.
The problem with tomorrow, is if I do recover, I might not be motivated to roll the dice anymore. Got to watch out for that!
And no Gotham today, schedule change, I’m not sure of the next episode.
