At this point, my challenge isn’t really a challenge. What I noticed, when you remove a certain aspect of your life, you find other ways to fill up the space that once was occupied by old habits.
Today, I had a conversation.
And it may not sound much, but being a person who limits his social interaction to one person most of the time, this is big. I actually had a couple of beers with a a former student of mine and it was actually refreshing to talk to someone who could easily get on with what’s on my head.
I finally am appreciating the changes. Could it be from limiting my computer time? Possibly! All I know is that things happen when you deliberately alter how you spend your time.
